Tom said months ago the equity investors have signed a NDA and seen the financials.

I wouldn't invest 500k on this stock right now, so since people are alot smarter than I, then I believe something is happening.

The whole situation stinks considering what the PPS is now, but we haven't had a T Trade in some time.
