If P results are good, the stock rallies back above 1 and possibly 2. This would allow all projects to resume. The wildcard has always been P, the questions have been why the non excitement versus B-OM by company.

What do you think — buy order at .26-.28 make any sense? That is clearly where we are headed as Leo is (maybe illegally) selling aspire shares at 25 cents.
