That may or may not be true. The 1.15 chart line was being hugged at the time (I later found out) and dilutive mms were selling like mad, so nobody can really prove why they sold.

But even if they could, I have always subscribed to the belief that grown adults who are buying penny stocks are 100% responsible for their own behavior.
