Of course McCain won't resign. He wants a Washington D.C. funeral down Pennsylvania Ave. He figures if he is a sitting Senator he will be entitled to the same type of funeral as JFK.
What is really surprising is McCain is now held up as the champion of decency when a few years ago, CNN had this to say about him......

After cheating for years on his first wife Carol (she was in a horrible car accident that left her disfigured), John McCain decided to divorce her and marry his 24 year old Mistress. While still married to his first wife John applied for an Arizona marriage license. He lied on the application saying he wasn't currently married (which he was). This is a crime (BIGAMY) in the state of Arizona. This also makes his current marriage invalid under Arizona law. In his own book John McCain lied about the dates of his divorce and marriage. Do you want a man with this moral character leading our great nation?
