OR - the state where they live required them to get a job or go into training for 20 hrs. a week, or drug testing, something they didn't want to do.
I think they should put the person's picture on the card, that way they can't sell them on the internet, showing they really don't need them. They could take the person's picture when they fill out the application.
People that work for billionaires still qualify for SNAP, such as the Waltons and Walmart. Personally, I believe in free enterprise, and giving billionaires part of the pay and compensation for their laborers from government funds is a total disgrace.
If they are to make billions from our economy, they need to pay a living wage. They can pay them with the charity welfare handout trump gave them by letting them pay even less taxes. The looting of america by the 1% needs to be stopped.
