NEWS FLASH: I can recreate a lot of tech software on the market today. There is so much more behind just product creation. There is branding, marketing, the backends, etc... In this case there are actual standing agreements.
I can duplicate Candy Crush. I won't have the same success. Technically, we could recreate Salesforce as many have already done it. Won't have the same success. Do you know how many Youtube "wannabe's" are in the marketplace. Hmmm, thousands and they don't have the same success and weren't purchased by Google.
I am not saying you did or didn't recreate the product. I am saying however there is a lot more that goes into the software than just recreating what you've said.
I must caution you that you are 100% playing with fire.
