Nambija Adverse Tribunal Resolution ----------------------------------- The Government of Ecuador's appeal of the lower level tribunal resolution is proceeding through the Ecuadorian legal system. In view of the granting of the appeal process, the prior order will not be carried out and therefore no notice to the Zamora Registrar office to implement the tribunal resolution will be issued. The legal advice received by Oromonte is to continue carrying on business as usual with the expectation that the low level tribunal resolution will be overturned on appeal by the Supreme Court of Ecuador. It is Oromonte's understanding that the same position has been adopted by the other current holders of mining concession titles in the Nambija area.
