IT's not a joke. I did it a month ago. Of course it is not generalized, although I think I could do that part fairly easily. And it isn't cloud-based. Nor is it tailored for CRM or education. It's just the raw technology that so many posters are oohing and aahing about. It doesn't require a proprietary player and frankly I'm not a great programmer. It primarily uses fixed positioning, and javascript.
But it does look just like that NFUSZ videos - and includes click to website, interactive voting/forms (it like the UBID stuff), telephone call to action, and overlapping appearing/disappearing events. Anyone proficient with javascript can do it.
Obviously it is not everything Rory's team has done = I'm not pretending that it is. But at this point it is not clear to me how they have required 10 million lines of code to do what they have done.
I will be inquiring with Rory about it before giving further feedback.
