it's fine. I googled the about us line like you pointed out and found all those Xinhai websites as well. It's possible CEO has nothing to do with this. Xinhai could be screening for domains expiring soon that are in the mining industry etc, then jumping on any that don't renew. Pretty sure a simple python code could do all that for them... Either way, there should be news coming that is of benefit to the investors here.
