If MMC and ETT are producing a similar product it will hopefully coincide with a coordinated marketing approach. Demand remains healthy south of the border so if ETT decides to undercut the price it is likely due to politicians taking backhanders to deliver at such level.
I think you're likely to be disappointed. Corrupt politicians have fed at the trough of ETT for years, and that is unlikely to change anytime soon. The fact that ETT announced such a cut-rate contract with Chalco when HCC prices are so strong tells you everything you need to know, unfortunately.
