Yes, a goal of a PPS of 60 cents is rather depressing. However, it would still be good news since it would mean that Solomon finally is listening and finally is taking actions for shareholder-friendly actions. Too late and too little, but better than nothing.
If it is a cash dividend it might keep us floating till the TRW-dividend, and also might start to build trust. However, the goal should be 1.5 (well, 2.3 considering the 65%) to minimalize the dilution from the toxic note. A goal of 60 cents means a potential of 10 million shares for Garret so that might scare people away even with a cash dividend.
