Although no serious investors believed the nonsense in the 8-K - unfortunately many of the same investors that thought OWCP owned 7 patents and didn't understand what a Provisional patent was and what it meant to a shareholder - they now believe that there is a institutional investor - but oddly when taking a much closer look it is nothing more than toxic financing - just a convertible note where the stock has to be registered so that it is free trading immediately.
Damn, the OWCP insiders did it to shareholders once again!
