They always just tried to lure investors to beef up the market value and the real goal was to get big cash worth millions as loans to themselves.
The lenders were not stupid, they knew there is no value in the company. So they took lots of shares as payment and shareholders are still paying, the dilution will continue for years.
Solly won the lottery got millions, lender won the lottery got millions. Shareholders lost double negative lottery with lots of interest on top.
But that's how it was meant to be. Everybody except the shareholders knew what they were doing.
