in fact, imo a RS is likely for IGNE. none of the insiders are otc players. canaccord genuity deals exclusively with top-tier big board issues, or major private entities.
in a hypothetical 1 for 10 RS they would have a 150M OS and anyone holding 10M pre-split owns 1M shares, but the likelihood of valuation then reaching dollars per share is realistic.
especially if stephen hiu has spent some of his retirement scouting partners, for acquisition or merger, and/or if some of the insiders with large stakes have been doing the same.
