hey, WS - that's interesting reuters is showing our float is low, too. with the form 15 filed here, (as far as i know) insider purchases don't need to be reported. so the float is likely gone.
with so many common shares already owned, and now accumulated, i am pretty confident commons will do fine in any transaction they have planned. so if they do a RS or not, i don't really care.
