It's not mathematically possible for them to even get a quorum for a March 12 record date, let alone a "yes" vote.

With the turnover of 2+ billion shares since that date, it's not mathematically possible that 250.1 million shares are even still HELD by shareholders who were holders of record on March 12.

Do the math folks!

I thought the vote was cancelled. Quick question, is there a cutoff date for eligibility to vote? I bought back in late March, early April? Thanks for your posts. If it wasn’t for you, InTheKnow1, B-Sauce and LA, I might have sold this diamond.
