imo, beer$$money, using 04/18/2018 which is the day the market makers started trading AXXA and had no real shares from the company as we have well confirmed, they began selling fake naked short AXXA shares. This past Friday was Day 13. Thats why they probably tried to cover so badly and the price dropped. Any shares still left out from 04/18/2018 as of Monday are in violation of the close-out rule as you pointed out and must be covered immediately and whichever market makers have those fake naked short shares still outstanding should be suspended from naked shorting AXXA this Monday imo.
