Vote No to AS increase! secures the current shareholders position with ‘No’ change to the authorized.

Currently 500M AS - ‘No’ vote ensures ‘No’ change!

This doesn’t make sense at all.

The same voters that voted no are Definitly not going to vote for a A/S increase. Why would anybody shoot themselves in the foot....unless they really don’t care about their commons.

Plus how can you hold bags if you bought under .01.....I honestly don’t think there will be anybody holding bags here.....

??? I thought the bears/shorts would want the a/s vote to be a yes. Because then they could cover when more o/s are issued. If the vote is no then the o/s stay pretty much locked up. Which leaves a much tougher chance of having shares available to cover. Is this a new way of trading that I have missed? Because I'm not getting this lol.
