Defending the castle fits the overall narrative ive been able to glean thats why. Of course ive defended management for 3 years now (on most of their actions) so me taking this position is easy to predict.
A conversation I once had with former IR Mike Houston left me with the feeling that mgmt at Amedica did not care for investors piggy backing their hard work for a quick buck. However if someone was a true investor, their attitude changed. I'm extrapolating here, but that was my opinion of based on that and other interactions via email and phone. I've also had the benefit of visting Amedica in 2015 when I lived in Salt Lake. Actually meeting the person you talk to helps you gauge their sincerity better.
