does not work like that- no one is going to suicide a growing revenue producing company. lots of steps needed to issue shares from AS and there is a lot of public advance notice at each step. IMO. $RNVA
Thats the point. With NO AS approval the float remains locked which prevents dilution. Its naked shorting that is holding this down. If you watch L2 it is very obvious when and how this is occurring over and over again. Add in flippers and the result is the price action we are seeing.
