yes, I also questioned the increase to 3B from 500M! Be more reasonable, provide accurate counts of the exact numbers for employee incentives and how many they are planning on using for raising capital.

If the PPS is trading much higher, and they increase A/S by 250M it will take a lot less shares to raise money.
