Not familiar with those 2 companies. Is that CEO known for reverse mergers? Got in at 0005 today and I'm just trying to find out what's going on with this company besides the 8k lol. First filing in years though. It's got plenty more left with the float being only ~200M. And ~450M traded today. Float gotta be smaller now
