Sell in May and go away. Well maybe for 98% of the OTC.

You don't sell companies soon to have conferences, commercialize their products, and potentially be on the auction block.

You may come back from the summer and the company is no longer. SOLD AT A HIGH PREMIUM!!!

Very good point there cj...This is the exception IMHO but many will follow that saying for sure. ;-)
