I don't think you are going to get it...I took all the approvals to be implied when the erc was granted...
the irc detailed the business plan...the plan is to import our gmo worms and make silk with them..Vietnam granted the business permit..
It doesn't make sense that they will grant approval but tell kblb that they just cant import their worms...the worms ARE the business..

yes, but those steps are the usual steps that have to be taken with any business...shouldn't be any big deal..
hire workers, set up the existing building for a worm farm, make sure the trees are growing...should be able to run thru those steps and see dimes made fairly quickly..
and the pps should continue climbing throughout that process...kblb doesn't have to be profitable for the pps to rise..
