They are guiding over a billion dollars in synergies. It looks like a geographic buy more than anything else. Squeeze out costs with a good overlap operationally. I think I will let it creep up a bit and sell at least some. Hard to leave that much of a gain on the table. Too many factors in oil that can vaporize profits in short order.
