CDEL sells for retail, but they still manipulate the market. Dilution or not; I see it all the time, all the time, in almost every low volume stock. They use peoples own orders to buy and sell for themselves. It should be illegal. They get first dibs on your order and use your order against you for their gain. They is why I never use CDEL. I've learned how they work watching them on l2 for years and try to use that knowledge against them when I buy or sell.
"IF" retails were selling of any significance, we would not have clear evidence of shorting and naked shorting, recorded everyday for the last month. Not to mention calls to brokerages requesting to lend out shares. Now it does make perfect sense that 'you' would purport retails selling.... to encourage retail selling.... to obtain shares to cover the short positions "BEFORE" the big PR train and SP surge.... forcing a very painful short squeeze.
Hopefully you are aware that in addition to any retail orders they have been given MMs do sell naked short shares and apparently by the boatload without covering in the mandated time-frame concerning FUSZ. This is confirmed on OTC's website http://otce.finra.org/RegSHO Only 28 stocks show this non-compliance by Market Makers. So to say there is no manipulation is not accurate. When they cover, whatever dilution they have caused by doing this will evaporate.
