Buckingham cashes in some chips on Cummins

With the company warning of additional charges yesterday amid "ongoing uncertainty related to a product campaign," Buckingham has downgraded Cummins (CMI -2.2%) to Neutral from Buy.
The $160 price target (lowered from $205) only suggests another 6%+ upside.
