Very interesting CEO, how do you do that actually? Is there an escrow company of some type that handles that? Also do you have any idea of the timeframe on that 8K?
It's not that easy to do that as you think IMO. I know that several broker don't offer that service, also there is the problem of doing the logistics on such a transaction. I know because I once did it a few years ago and I remember it was a pain in the a.... to do that.
That said there are 45k shares at 092 on the ask, why don't you take these for a start instead of paying 20 cents to somebody else? I would if anything only let go a few shares here but then again just buy up the entire ask up to 20 cents first and you might already get some.
