So you are saying there will be no dividend policy in the next few weeks or months?

They haven't learned their lesson yet. And we need more short-attacks, delistings and lawsuits before they do.

I think they have failed already. And we should have had a policy last year. It would have saved us a lot of trouble, and, reputational damage. This is the friggin China space.

Garrett, we don't need a one-time dividend. The stock will crash afterwards. They have to spread it out across 4 quarters. We need a dividend "policy" anyway after they distribute the stock dividend (in Q3).

How hard can it be to get this right???

If the company gets significant long term funding , then a discussion as to dividend policy and payout rates will occur in serious terms. Nothing will or should happen prior to securing long term financing

Bad news, that means the dividend is in danger :-(

I had hoped they would be willing and able to pay a dividend even without long term financing.
