Easy... selling outpaced buying, but that doesn't necessarily equate to dilution. Again, no t-trades today. As far as volume, the lower the sp, the higher the volume typically and vice versa. That's why dollar volume is a better indicator than share volume.
There's been a lot of talk this week about note conversions next week that have convinced some people that they will be able to load cheaper shares then. Greed and fear are huge motivators on the OTC, and as greedy shareholders began selling because they believed there will be a better opportunity next week to increase their positions, other shareholders caved to the fear created by a drop in share price all week. In the meantime many people, including me, loaded huge amounts of oversold and undervalued shares. Next week will certainly be interesting when all the greedy and scared hands who sold will be trying to reload those so-called cheaper shares, only to discover that those who bought this week have no plans to let go until we are much higher. :-D
