I'm wondering what peoples thoughts are on this? Specifically, "...for the remainder of this year"... Does this imply that Q1 was not profitable?

Of course, no way to know for sure yet until earnings comes out but my Schwab account estimates a -0.05 loss for Q1 .. two analyst follow SUNW, one says -0.03 and the other says -0.07 so who knows.

But I will take that if it truly does mean being profitable for the remainder of the year.
