You think it’s wrong that illicit behavior can ruin people financially?
Interesting take that you’d be disappointed in a CEO (and apparently others) are tired of watching their hard work potential destroyed. I welcome the fight and I hope it sets into motion a new, much needed approach to protecting individual investors instead of MMs!!!

I disagree! Rory is mad and being protective of shareholders in the company. If people are manipulating the price of the stock, it is causing Millions of dollars in losses for both the company and for shareholders. I don't know how you don't think this is something that should concern a CEO. If other CEOs would have done the same thing, this illegal activity stuff would have been killed a long time ago. I hope those that are doing this, really do get what is coming to them. I am all for doing what you want to do when it comes to trading as long as you are following the rules, but causing millions in losses for other people and a company just to fill your own pockets is disgusting and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law!

MONOLITH, there's more to the story then you realize. There are rules to play by here. If a rule wasn't broken Rory's hot shot attorney would inform him not to waste his time pursuing it. Man of action Rory is. Great CEO's don't sit and cry. They take action!

Rory works his Azz off! He is extremely proficient with his time. He goes the extra mile to keep shareholders informed.

You see, some CEO's feel it a privilege to lead a company. And they also look at shareholders as peons..seriously!

Rory looks at shareholders as equal partners..something OTC is not used to.

If Rory took a couple hours out of his exhausting schedule to bring more to the table..then that is a CEO rarity!

These video's and shareholder communications are beyond his 60 hours plus of networking. He is a work Maniac. His extra time is a synergy to what he accomplishes every day,

A CEO who puts in 50 hours a week and shuts the door..OR

A CEO who works 60 hours a week and spends two more hours communicating with his shareholders!

Hmmm....Rory is the largest shareholder of Nfusz....of which I along with other shareholders are co-owners. Be sure this is being 'fished' from all angles, an he did refer to posters on forums who post false, misleading information, no matter how subtle.....so Rory usually hints. He's now made it official ;). This has been in the works for some time, he's known for weeks, even back to December, I remember vividly. Today wasn't a knee jerk, I saw him and Mr. Davis at the show, the pie's been in the oven for awhile.

I don't care what your trading strategy is. Obviously you don't know right from wrong.

People, if you think Rory was pumped about building this company before and uplisting to get out of the OTC, just wait until you see his resolve now imo.

Release the Kraken Rory!

Monolith, as a Fusz investor you are out of line to be telling the CEO of Nfusz "BUT, YOU should be focused on executing. If you have enough time to focus on the message board and share price, I worry you aren't working hard enough on the business". Are you not aware Rory has been working 24/7 on execution!! And doing it beautifully. His attention to his shareholders interest is a plus and sadly missing in many CEOs.
You might not agree with his making a video giving warning he will deal with illegal naked shorting of the stock, fine, but to say he is not executing is really really bad and not true! Shame on you for the way you expressed your reaction to the video. Inappropriate, at best. I ask all posters to think before they post. Personally, I feel embarrassed for you to respond directly to Rory with such hostility.

Rory's number 1 focus is clearly business developments as it should be. And he also fights for his shareholders. As it should be. Both are part of the hob of the CEO in a publicly traded company.

And he can obviously take some time to communicate with us through this message board. He is a hard working man.
