Berlin needs to instill URGENCY at ADXS
Everyone way too comfortable at ADXS, with the [noram] attitude that the science will win in the end, and dilution will always keep us going.
That has to change.
Big wake up call, Aduro's neoantigen product. Nothing to stop others from working on NEO and HOT type solutions.
Remember Betamax was superior science [noram]. But VCR had superior business strategy behind it. Guess who won.
"Ken went to Princeton, so we know he's smart" He majored in poli sci, which we all know from AF makes you a superior biotech expert.
And we all know how law school prepares you to be a biotech CEO.
What I would have hoped to see was a Princeton ORFE major. That is what ADXS really needs. Or even a biochemistry major like my daughter.
What I hope is that he has the confidence to get a hardass MBA in there as CFO, someone with balls to help cut costs, and imagination and negotiation skills to ensure we get cash without dilution.
IF he has the willingness to work with a real financial pro as CFO, he will have a chance to turn this around and make a great success story.
If he dilutes to oblivion again, he will be finished in this industry. That should be plenty of motivation.
