You are correct about the FL company but that doesnt really matter. It can be changed at anytime and was probably done so we would not catch on to what the plan was. Thanks to you we have new fresh info and a better picture of what is going to happen over the next 90 days

Rocknroll you are a very smart person, Sorry for the snide comment on the day late thing, I've been up since 4am full day of work and trying to get caught up. (I'm a little tired, ok a lot of tired). I know there are things out there not making sense, I'm thinking of it a us all having a piece of a jigsaw puzzle working on one table. I apologize for anything I offended. I was and still am looking forwarded to what they are setting up tax wise, Corporation, holding wise. (I know they had to and still have to pay off sins of the past) there are things we still haven't put our fingers on it. But seems like we all are putting a piece a day into this puzzle. I think overall in the long run, we are going to be doing good. But let Alex get his stuff together legally and SEC wise with paperwork, corporation etc..... again I'm exhausted I apoologize and yes I will look into the share dilution and why and whom when I get a chance,
