Good post. I would add another point of share buyback program. I am sure John realizes as to how much investors have been patient with him and helped to clear off his toxic debt. Whole reason of dilution was to get LAM settled so its only proper to retire some shares.

Please explain how positive cash flow will come to pass when there are No operations hence no revenue.
