'ceobillionaireboys', the ones that purchased the stock $0.0001, it's not me though. It would be a double for them. Once the sellers that bought in @ $0.0001 sell, this will rise again. New investors will hold since they bought in at the bottom.

Think about this there are Total shares authorized: 6,100,000,000 at December 31, 2017.

Shares Outstanding on 4-6-18 = 5,391,025,461.

6,100,000,000 - 5,391,025,461 = 708,974,539 lft for the company to sell

Say the company sold 708,974,539 shares @ $0.0003 = $212,692.36 this would not be that much income for the company to dilute the shares.

Say the company sold 708,974,539 shares @ $0.0002 = $141,794.91

I do not believe the company is diluting shares here. I'm thinking the short sellers are hard at work to drive the share price down so they may cover. The shorts got "caught with their pants down" on this one.

No idea, I'm curious too see, thus emailing TA for an update. I haven't seen any dilution on this play since the beginning of the year, nor do I see any note on book...

Why dilute now? The only updates we have had from TA have shown a decreasing O/S since the start of 2017.

Really curious to see the updated O/S after the recent volume/action.

You stated dilution was occuring on Friday, I'd assume you would have emailed the TA for an update prior to claiming this as fact.
