Rory J. Cutaia - Founder, Chairman & CEO

Rory began his career as an attorney at a major NYC law firm, representing world-renowned entrepreneurs. Since then, Rory changed the landscape of the telecom industry through a tech company start-up called Telx, which became the internationally recognized leader in the data center sector and the de facto standard, even today, by which the world’s telecom carriers interconnect to one another. Following the highly lucrative sale of Telx for more than $200M, Rory became a partner and ‘Entreprenuer-in-Residence’ in a NYC based private equity fund. Now, as Founder & CEO of Hollywood-based, digital tech company nFüsz, Inc., Rory and his team have re-invented what a customer relationship management (CRM), lead-gen tool should be in today’s video-centric business and social environment. Their proprietary, next generation interactive video technology is the core of their cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products. Their flagship product, notifiCRM, places interactive video front and center in all customer and prospect communications, automating the sales process. They offer subscription-based CRM, sales lead generation, and social engagement software on mobile and desktop platforms for sales-based organizations, consumer brands, and artists seeking greater levels of engagement and higher conversion rates. Their platform can accommodate any size campaign or sales organization, and is enterprise-class scalable to meet the needs of today’s global organizations. Rory is also actively involved in many charitable endeavors. He founded the US Chapter of Innocence in Danger, a global organization dedicated to the protection and rehabilitation of children who have been victims of trafficking. He is also a former member of the Board of Trustees of The New York Institute of Technology and a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Shakespeare Center.

Jeff Clayborne our CFO...

Jeff Clayborne is Chief Financial Officer at nFüsz. Mr. Clayborne is an experienced finance professional with a proven record of driving growth and profit for both Fortune 100 as well as start-up companies. He brings with him more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of strategy, finance, business development, negotiation, and accounting. Mr. Clayborne earned his MBA from the University of Southern California, with high honors and began his career as a CPA at McGladrey & Pullen, then KPMG Peat Marwick. He then moved on to senior finance positions at The Walt Disney Company, including Senior Finance Manager at Walt Disney International, where he oversaw financial planning and analysis for the organization in 37 countries. Thereafter, Mr. Clayborne accepted a position at Universal Music Group where he was Vice President, Head of Finance & Business Development for Fontana, where he managed the financial planning and analysis of the sales and marketing division and led the business development department.

John Cho - SVP

Mr. Cho is best described as a futurist and polymath technologist. Just prior to joining nFüsz, Mr. Cho was President of MediaHub, an enterprise Content Delivery Network (eCDN) focused on optimized HTTPs video delivery across complex networks. At MediaHub, Mr. Cho was responsible for designing Smart Cities for Al-Rheem Island, among others, as directed by Sheikh Mohammad in collaboration with Etisalat, Du, and UTT. Mr. Cho also consulted for Civiq (Comark) on LCD solutions for NYCity Link – currently deployed in New York City. Prior to MediaHub, Mr. Cho founded Toggle, Inc. and was invited to join Warner Bros’ accelerator, “Media Camp.” While there, Mr. Cho was solely responsible for developing a fully compliant supply chain for Walmart – and orchestrating the mass-production of VUDU, Walmart’s dedicated on-demand streaming video device. Mr. Cho was also involved in augmented reality projects at Google’s Campus.
Mr. Cho also played integral roles in such diverse projects as Hardware Tech Development for Patriot Missile Training Systems, Air Force Space Command at Peterson Air Force Base, Interactive Video Display development for Mission Control at NASA, as well as designing and collaborating on the unification of Air-Space Command, Army Mobile Command Centers, and Emergency Operations Centers – across the country. A naturally strategic and creative planner, Mr. Cho played an integral role in collaborating, co-designing, and orchestrating national digital signage deployments for many notable luxury retail brands and QSR chains all over the world, including LVMH, United Center, and US Cellular Field.

Nick Cannon - Chief Strategy Officer

Celebrated producer, writer, director, actor, DJ, entrepreneur and acclaimed host of TV’s top-rated America’s Got Talent, among a long list of other TV and film credits, Nick Cannon joined nFüsz as Chief Strategy Officer. A unique combination of artist and entrepreneur, Mr. Cannon is perfectly suited to introduce the nFüsz technology to the entertainment industry. Despite his demanding schedule, Mr. Cannon is actively involved in the business of nFüsz and currently responsible for a number of major business development initiatives for the Company. In addition to his duties at nFüsz, Mr. Cannon is currently starring in six TV shows, including MTV’s ‘Nick Cannon Presents: Wild ’N Out’, which has garnered the highest ratings in MTV history, and BET Network’s ‘Real Husbands of Hollywood’, among others. On the business side, he is the current Chairman of TeenNick at Viacom’s Nickelodeon Network and has been the Development & Creative Consultant for the Nickelodeon Network since 2009. Adding to his business credentials, in 2015 Mr. Cannon was named ‘Chief Creative Officer’ for the RadioShack stores.

Dennis McMurray - VP Business Development

Dennis McMurray has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investment advisor, and finance expert. Before joining nFüsz, he served as the Founder and Senior Vice President of Investments for Bridge Wealth Management Group, a comprehensive financial services firm that helps individuals, foundations, and corporations improve their financial health. Simultaneously, he co-founded the mobile application 2Truths and a Lie, and was instrumental to its success by creating marketing initiatives, fielding brand awareness, and initiating gamification optimizations for the platform.
A Southern California native, Dennis earned his B.A. at Long Beach State University, and then attended graduate school at the University of Southern California. He began his career as a Wealth Manager at Merrill Lynch and AG Edwards & Sons. Dennis brings his strategic and innovative entrepreneurial and financial experience to nFüsz as the VP of Business Development.

Denise Chaisson - VP of Customer Acquisition & Enterprise Sales

Denise Chaisson has over 12 years of experience as a business owner, manager, and consultant. After graduating from the University of Montana with degrees in chemistry and nursing, she went on to work in the healthcare field as a nurse and a hospital business consultant for patient/outpatient programs at Stanford Children’s Hospital. Simultaneously, Denise founded, grew, and operated her own businesses, coordinated events for large non-profit organizations, and managed social media and successful marketing campaigns for several music artists and corporations. She founded Hip Hop Run in 2016, an organization that brings together artists, nonprofits, and fitness lovers alike in fundraising marathons set to hip hop music. Denise singlehandedly recruited sponsors, vendors, artists, and coordinated all marketing efforts for a national tour of Hip Hop Run, which was met with monumental success in its first year—participation of over 15,000 runners in 7 cities across the US. She brings her entrepreneurial spirit, creative vision, and knowledge of every aspect of the sales and business development process to nFusz.

Kristin Anderson - Media and Content Producer

Kristin Anderson earned her B.A. with honors from the University of Southern California’s acclaimed School of Cinematic Arts. After starting out as an intern for NBCUniversal, Kristin went on to work in television production for Dr. Phil, Tavis Smiley, and Carpool Karaoke, among other shows. Kristin has worked as an associate producer for major television networks, including CBS, Entertainment Studios, and Comedy Central. She also has a background in theater, performance, and stage management, and has experience in script development, critical reviewing, program scheduling, and scriptwriting.

Kurt Heidolph - VP of Operations and Technical Sales

Kurt Heidolph has over 15 years of tech-company operational and management experience. He has a diverse background ranging from production and performance to finance and technology, which allows him to bring a unique and innovative perspective to his work. In 2016, he launched an online music technology platform, providing independent music artists with direct access to global distribution and corresponding marketing and artist promotion services. Prior to that, he held a senior management position at Universal Music Group Distribution (“UMGD”), the award-winning sales and marketing division of Universal Music Group. While there, he managed business analysis and reporting for UMGD’s independent label division, automating nearly every reporting process, and increasing UMDG’s financial reporting efficiency by 150 percent: improving the company’s overall accuracy and forecasting detail.
Since 2005, Mr. Heidolph has also served as the Chief Engineer for Grammy-nominated pianist Judy Carmichael’s NPR radio show “Jazz Inspired.” He assisted with archiving, recording, and business development for the New York Philharmonic from 2005-2006. His professional passions include systems and information technology management. He holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Indiana University in Audio Engineering and Music Performance and a Certificate in Computer Informatics.

Mitch Allen - Production Lead

Mitch Allen is a seasoned video and television producer with over 12 years of experience creating, packaging and selling content. He launched his career after interning at CBS Sports when he began directing and producing for boxing promoter Dan Goossen at Goossen Tutor Promotions and Showtime Sports. He was later instrumental in the development of Libertarian Ron Paul’s online news network, “The Ron Paul Channel.” He worked with a small team to develop, produce, package, and sell political firebrand and former governor of Minnesota, Jesse “the Body” Ventura’s online news series, “Jesse Ventura, Off the Grid,” which was acquired by national broadcast network RT America.

Stephanie Cuevas Nunes - Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Stephanie spent six years working in sales management at Luxottica Group SpA, the $26 billion marketing juggernaut Forbes Magazine named, “one of the most innovative companies in the world. ”After leaving Luxottica, she spearheaded content acquisitions for an LA-based technology company. She holds degrees in marketing from UCLA and in molecular biology from Syracuse University.

Kendal Salas - Customer Service Rep
Kendal Salas has over 5 years of experience in customer support roles at industry-leading technology companies. He began his career at Amazon as a Customer Service Associate, where he received top accolades for his post-sale customer satisfaction ratings. Next, he moved on to Hewlett Packard, where he served as the main contact between customers and onsite technicians and engineers.

David Butler - Creative Lead | Web Development

David Butler has over 20 years of experience working in the entertainment industry. Prior to starting his own company, David traveled with ‘The Panther’, Prairie View A&M University’s student publication, and reported for various partnering outlets as Editor of many sections of the paper. David’s versatility in many skill sets has allowed him to create a large catalog of film, design, photography content and multiple awards alongside Shawn Welling (Welling Films) at yearly Worldfest Film Festivals.
