it's a good thing

what would have been far more *troubling* to me .. would have been the 8k'd departure of LB or JA
what is interesting . and what was missed .. with the placeholder now departed .. there are 3 on the BoD
in simple terms .. there can be no *tie* and the BoD *controls* aspects

now that may change going forward .. with another BoD add .. (making it even again) .. we shall see

just me perhaps .. especially since the bid whack that didn't adjust NN's 10000 size *bid* .. had to be marked
but i expect this coming week to be interesting for all sorts of reasons .. not the least of which is input 8k'd re: MA
