Yes, it is a step in the right direction, and I guess baby steps are okay. It just needs to be removed from FDA schedule 1. The problem is, that would release a lot of people from the prison/industrial complex, and corrupt politicians with ties to prison industries (like the keebler elf) will always put profit ahead of humanity.
