I agree. In recent years with conference calls and analysts meetings being more readily available to "common" shareholders the playing field is getting a little more level... But some companies don't allow shareholders to ask questions and give 1-1 interviews and other preferential treatment to the bigger players.

I wonder how many deceased physicians are posting these reports. I suspect identity theft/anonimity emboldens those with ulterior motives. Do lower level BP sales personnel have enough available info on physicians to credential (as an MD on Sermo), so they can serve their own purposes? The information on physicians CV and licensing protects against drug diversion but could easily lead to abuse.
