Looks legit as far as I can see.
They did pay the dividend (it is still in my account, untradable, not yet listed on the tsx or tsxv ..... just like it says).
I-texts dividend not yet paid... also true.
I'm sorry but where is the untruth in those statements on page 14?

GCHI shares were in my Scottrade account
several months ago they disapeard now
i have Tdameritrade still dont have them.

I bought into Franks crap back than
