- Although this PR does not have any milestone achievement or financing closure updates, I think this PR highlights BLDV's focus on Cann10 and the potential future strategic benefits they will bring to each other. The important PR highlights above that are in red text are pointing to what I think is a more integrated and strategic relationship between BLDV and Cann10.

- As I have stated before in the posts below, I reiterate my thought that Cann10 did not chose to get involved with BLDV for no reason. Cann10 chose BLDV, which is currently an OTC Pink company, to enter North America. You do not see this often with an otc ticker. Notice the "potential of the public aspects" mentioned in the PR - this could be key. Further, if Yossi and Kobi end up joining the BLDV board of directors as stated in the PR above, this could be a good asset for BLDV especially with Yossi sitting on the board of a Nasdaq company.

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=138332570&txt2find=cann10

- The science topics of BioCannacuetical and Biopharmaceutical mentioned in the PR are interesting and it will be important to see how BLDV and Cann10 can possibly succeed using science-based technologies to create revenues and value for the pps. Time will tell.

- Today we had the nice 4/20 PR that is a good follow-up to the PR above as BLDV brings it together.

A new line of medical cannabis products to be sold at pharmacies has now been exposed for the first time: it includes oil, inflorescences, capsules, Evaporation Etc., and comes from the cooperation of the companies 'Seach' and 'Cann 10' together with production plant 'Panaxia'.

'Canareet (Cannareet) is the name of the new brand, from the company Cann 10 (Cann10), which works in partnership with the old medical cannabis company Seach - Which she had recently received Approval of the IMC-GAP standard for its tumor experience.

CannaTech 2017 - The Future of Medicine: Genetics Based Personalized Treatment - Dr. David Meiri

Published on Apr 19, 2017

Dr. David "Dedi" Meiri from the Cancer Research lab at the Technion in Israel (aka "Dedi's Lab") takes us through a fascinating presentation on the identification of the effects of different Cannabis extracts on the proliferation and cell death of various cancer cell lines (and classification) according to genetic profile.

1. I think this is a very interesting presentation that takes a few replays to understand because I am not a scientist or Doctor. However, notice Dr. Meiri is looking for a specific cannabinoid to combat the illness based on the research he started 2 years ago.

2. They are now able to take an extract and identify the cannabinoids and 20 different strains that can be prescribed to the patient. Dr. Mieri mentions that each strain is a different medicine. There is a specifity between what is in the cannabis and what is affecting the cells being treated.

3. 96 different treatments are being analyzed by Israeli researchers and it is very important that the right type of cannabis is used to combat different illnesses due to the different effectiveness of each strain of cannabinoids. There is at least 144 different cannabinoids .

4. They are noticing that there is variability in the effectiveness of different cannabis types grown in different greenhouses at different times.

Connections to BLDV

5. Notice at 5:50 in the June 1, 2017 interview how the BLDV CEO refers to grow operations being set up in Florida and how they are high tech. The CEO explains that in the MMJ industry they are more concerned with the exact complement of cannabinoids in the plant. Josh indicates it is more of a recipe relying on genetics and monitoring of controllable factors within controlled spaces.

BLDV's environmental control knowledge through their work with Zeno Controls and Verve Living Systems gave them the position to understand the total environment of the space. Josh indicates that in the MMJ industry, it is important to bring technology to different areas. Connect the dots!

BLDV has tried to highlight the significant and strategic benefits of importing Israeli technologies for North American application in the following subsequent PRs and interviews:

6. 9/26/17 PR - Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. launches Israeli Operation to Develop Standards: http://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=27510

7. 10/19/17 PR - Blue Diamond Ventures Inc., Cannabis Clean Update: https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=27825

8. 12/5/17 PR - Blue Diamond Consulting LLC secures rights to Oricann® Cannabis Lighting:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=28580

9. 12/21/17 PR - BLDV Acquires 25% of Cann10 North America Holdings Ltd. :
https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2017/12/21/1269006/0/en/BLDV-Acquires-25-of-Cann10-North-America-Holdings-Ltd.html

10. 12/4/17 BLDV CEO Interview:

11. Jan ’18 update – BLDV CEO Interview:

- I think as pharmaceutical companies introduce different cannabis extracts and doctors start prescribing different MMJ targeted to treat specific illnesses, they will require reliable cultivators that can control grow and environmental factors to ensure the right cannabinoids are provided in the right MMJ strain as part of a secure and safe MMJ supply on a consistent basis.

- Hence, this is why I think BLDV's approach to partner with Israeli firms to secure multiple opportunities to bring Medical Cannabis products and technology to North America where AMS will implement the correct high tech cultivation methods as part of the integrated facility approach is timely and full of foresight of the future MMJ market. See further information provided in these two posts:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=132701804

- Although this YT clip is from last year's CannaTech, I find it fascinating at how far ahead Israel is in researching medical cannabis technologies and which cannabinoids are effective to fight diseases. I think this presentation gives some good context on the role that Cann10’s Israeli technologies can have in supporting BLDV's science based approach through the bridge that they can provide to the BioCannacuetical on the road to Biopharmaceutical cannaceutical as mentioned in the 4/9/18 PR:

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=140117417

Cann10 - Our Activities

http://www.cann10.com/our-activities

Intelligent investing

In a business that is still considered by many to be extremely risky, there are many excellent opportunities to earn significant returns on investment. It all depends on who you invest with and what you are investing in. Seeach Farm, a Cann10 partner, has been successfully operating in medical cannabis business for years. Cann10 has its own license, from the Israel Ministry of Health, to manufacture medical cannabis products. We also work around the world, so our outlook is global.

Cann 10 doesn’t just talk about medical cannabis. We are involved every step of the way. For intelligent investing, speak to those in the business – and in the know.

Cann10 is uniquely positioned to help fill supply gaps with top quality GMP-approved product from around the world. Thanks to our experience in the pharma world, we are aware of global requirements for shipping, licensing, trading and regulatory issues. We can save time, money and hassle and ensure you open new markets or get the high product you require.

We are also developing our own branded line of Cannareet -products that will carry the approval GMP and all necessary local certification.

If you are a distributor, produce medical cannabis or require product, please contact us so we can meet your most demanding criteria.

Education Services

Although the world of medical cannabis is rapidly expanding, there is a lack of professional education available for those involved in growing, producing, prescribing and monitoring patients.

Joint University Programs

Cann10 has and continues to establish connections with leading universities to provide high-level courses for a wide range of students including investors, lawyers, accountants, entrepreneurs, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, farmers, and producers. Currently, we offer certificate courses with Israel’s famed Technion and Australia’s Deakin University. This 32 hour course covers everything from plant physiology, growing, farming, medical knowledge, science, technology, marketing, branding, regulations, patient care and more.

Cann10 is interested in working with other leading universities. We provide the course content and the partner university provides lecturers and localizes content. For more information please contact us

Professional Education CME

Cann10 is offers specialized and accredited courses for Physicians, Pharmacists, Nurses and Care Givers. Attendees will earn CME credits and gain valuable insight into the advances, dosing and treatment of patients. For more information, please contact us.

E-learning

Cann10 is currently developing a number of e- learning courses. These will include a variety of modules that can be used on a mobile phone or laptop .

Source: http://www.cann10.com/our-activities/#Education

- I think the above activities descriptions available on Cann10's website strongly demonstrate the depth of knowledge and expertise that BLDV can have access to through Cann10 North America to help support its strategic partners in the North American cannabis market.

Cann10 - Our Activities: Production

Production

Cann10 is interested in taking an equity position in production facilities worldwide. We bring extensive experience, a well developed building, outfitting and preparation program together with the expertise to cut the time needed to turn an empty space into a revenue generating facility.

We do not provide this as a service, but will provide the necessary know-how, plants, technologies and techniques to farms in which we are partners. We are currently involved in new projects in Canada, Portugal, Australia and other locations.

Source: https://cann10.com/our-activities/#Production

- Is it just me or is the writing on the wall starting to appear? I have not noticed this 'Production' section on Cann10's website before; however, my memory is not the best. I also noticed there is a faint grey line separating this section which makes me wonder if this section is a recent addition to the Cann10 website?

- Here is a link to a summary of this page on the Cann10 website that I prepared in April in which I do not recall seeing the Production section:

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=140225118&txt2find=education

- My interpretation of the highlighted points above:

1. Cann10 is interested in equity positions
+
2. Not providing the services and wanting to partner instead
+
3. Cutting the time to turn an empty space into a revenue generating facility
+
4. Mentioning new projects in
Canada and other locations
=
These items together may help explain why Cann10 NA is interested in merging with BLDV and possibly why AMS is often mentioned in the PRs. Link back to stervc's highlights of the 4/20/18 PR which indicates that AMS is central to the process. It will be interesting to see how all of these factors relate to each other and develop in the future with the upcoming merger.

Connecting the dots

When I read the Production section above on Cann10's website, I remembered a relevant line that BLDV communicated to us in an older 10/23/17 PR:

BLDV is not prohibited from owning a Cannabis Farm in Canada.

Source - Extract from 10/23/17 PR: https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=27854

I could be wrong but I think I am starting to see the beginnings of communication of the common strategy of cannabis farm/facility ownership/partnerships between BLDV and Cann10 and thus the motivation for the upcoming merger (i.e. why Cann10 NA wants the merger). It will be interesting to see how they will get the financing to implement such a strategy if it exists.

Go BLDV!
