what are the float requirements? with only 13 mil available after wessal, that's obviously too small. one forward split will only bring it to 26. isn't that still too small?

but, there are the 200 mil shares that insiders have that are not restricted. now, those are also part of the float, no? and when we go otc, will those numbers be reported as having changed? I think they've probably got to. but now with 213mil in float, we only need one 2.5:1 forward split to satsify float requirements, no? requirement = 500 mil in float??

Grande25 Show me were it says that SLJB doen't have the required float for the NASDAQ??? From what I can see....if the pps is $5 we will be qualified. IMO we need shares retired first, let the revs come, and then do FS as necessary. IMO
