in all seriousness though the problem is that in their own filings they've said that try way is trying to do some small cap ex loans so that they can try some different trading facilities and it's highly unlikely that if that's how cash poor they are that they will be doing any kind of cash distribution in lieu of stock that's just not going to happen simply impossible.
