Don't forget that Garrett was buying hand over fist for $1 in december.

Garret could convert today and own almost half of the company from a 4 million dollar loan.

That won't work because Solomon would be forced to abuse his A-shares. And everyone would lose. He could even go dark.

Traderfan I find your comment interesting. I was one of those who were very critical about those terms. I have appealed to Garrett to get those terms changed if his intention is to behave decently since the terms may lead to a lower pps and more dilution which is not good for the millions of shares he already owns.
