What do you make out of what is written about the pre-IPO? (and the majority needed at IPO)

Not sure. Let them figure it out.

But CMCI listed on ASX in Australia and it wasn't a success. The exchange has been asking them if they have any problems getting money out of China, to which they replied "no". But who really knows. Also, the IPO wasn't underwritten by major banks and they don't have analysts following the stock.

So at least it seems that SIAF wants to get it right, even if that means some delays (until 2020, and probably beyond). They have to, on behalf of the partners.
