Yes, that's what he said.

He said that the loan was still open. My fear is that he didn't mean that "Note 2" was still open (it shouldn't be since it was du in Feb), but that he refers to a new convertible loan which hasn't been comunicated yet (with new horrible terms for existing shareholders of course).

Guess we will see in future filings...
