Black Knight I was not privy to the negotiations who knows what was discussed. I would agree that Solomon at 75 (a chain smoker), an entrepreneur who is not in my opinion an effective CEO should be replaced. He can be a consultant or sit on the Board but he is the chief reason for the delay of many benefits to the shareholders and also has made numerous mistakes. I can't speak for Garrett but those are my thoughts. The farms are going to be controlled by Triway and they are suppose to have separate management. I trust they will be independent of Solomon and be run by Western, competent, professional individuals who's number one priority is returning shareholders value. That is something Solomon never understood and which is his number one priority. All you have to do is look at the stock price and you know what his grade is. He has got to go.
