Let me clarify further. When I said “ should “ be a low concern. I did not mean shareholders should not be concerned. I agree completely that all shareholders should be concerned about share dilution.
I meant low concern in the context that neither I nor the company would ever issue the amount of shares some formula were making available because both I and the company are acting responsibly and in the best interests of the company.
If I might share an observation. Calling names and demeaning people leads to less willingness to engage in respectful communications.
I have never sold a share of the company. I have paid hard earned dollars for every share and like every shareholder we all want the company to achieve the goals of financing , profitability , prudent cash flow management and see the share price reflect the great company we are all hopeful and optimistic about. my lending to the company was to support the company. Why would I be accused of destroying it.
