okay but this company is unreal. We are bleeding about 3 million a quarter and they did not even raise that much last offering. This is a joke.

I apologize I was wrong about a company giving guidance, almost every company I ever invested in did give guidance.

There is no rule that management has to give guidance, take Amazon as an example...

Guidance is not required, but if there is any significant change in revenue, profit, anything else related to earnings or future, the company must inform about it immediately.

Maybe revenue dropping to almost nothing is not significant in Canada. Or Nigeria. Definitely not in China.
